Publisher

The public publishing identity is Synoptiva Media Group. The legal entity is being registered in Estonia and is not yet entered in the commercial register. Direct owners, indirect owners, and beneficial owners are not listed here, because a register extract does not yet name them. No state, public authority, or publicly controlled entity is claimed as an owner.

Public funding and state advertising

For 2026, while registration is in progress and the company has no income, Perspicora has received no public funds for state advertising and no advertising revenue from public authorities or entities of third countries. No other public funding is claimed. These figures will be updated when a receipt exists or when the reporting year changes.

Editorial governance

Ownership of the publisher does not determine the factual conclusions of an article. The publisher may set Perspicora's mission, scope, standards, and strategic direction. The treatment of an individual story follows the published editorial standards, including sourcing, evidence, and corrections.

Commercial, political, personal, or ownership interests are not a reason to alter a factual finding or to suppress material evidence. A conflict that could reasonably affect how a reader judges a story is disclosed on that story when it is known.

Automated systems

Perspicora may use automated editorial systems, including artificial intelligence. Those systems are tools. They are not legal persons, publishers, owners, or holders of editorial responsibility. Using them does not move responsibility away from the publisher. How production and human review are labelled is described in the AI and editorial systems policy.
