This page lists storage the publication knows about. A cookie or similar name that was not observed is not invented here. The relevant rule for storage on a device, for readers in the European Economic Area, is Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC. No separate Estonian cookie statute is cited, because one was not confirmed for this site.

Strictly necessary and functional

If you choose a theme, the browser keeps perspicora-theme in local storage, with the value light or dark, until you clear site data or choose again. It is used only to apply that choice. The site does not set a session cookie for an account, because there are no accounts.

Analytics, advertising, and social media

No analytics product, advertising cookie, or social-media plugin was found in the application. A consent banner is not shown for analytics the site does not use. If a non-essential store is added later, this page and any consent step will be updated before that store is used.

The proxy

The site is reached through Cloudflare. Cookies that the proxy may set were not inventoried, so they are not named, and they are not described as essential or optional. A live audit of those names is still open.

Your control

You can clear site data in the browser. The theme then follows the browser colour scheme until you choose again. Blocking all storage may stop the theme choice from persisting. It should not stop you reading the text.
