The company that will hold the publishing right is being registered in Estonia and is not yet entered, so this page does not name a registry code or a licensing address. All rights are reserved except where this page or the law allows a use.

Without asking

• Read the site and keep a private copy where the law allows.
• Link to a story. A link is not a republication.
• Quote a passage for criticism, review, or news reporting, in proportion to the purpose, with credit to Perspicora and a link, where the quotation exception in your country allows it.
• Read the public RSS feed in a normal reader for personal, non-commercial use.

Ask first

Republication, translation, a substantial extract, commercial use, and systematic extraction need permission. A feed is not that permission. Images, data, and other third-party material stay with their own rightsholders. No wire-service contract is claimed here. Silence, including the absence of a licensing mailbox, is not permission.

Press publications in the EEA

In the European Economic Area, press publishers have a related right over certain online uses of their press publications by information-society service providers. That right comes from Article 15 of Directive (EU) 2019/790, as implemented in the country of the relevant use. For an Estonian publisher, the implementing statute is the Estonian Copyright Act. Section numbers are not cited here, because they were not extracted from the Act. The Polish press-publishers' statute is not the law of this publication's seat.

Hyperlinks, individual words, and very short extracts are outside that right. Private or non-commercial use by individual users is outside it. Uses allowed by quotation, criticism, review, and the other exceptions in the applicable copyright law remain available.

Text and data mining

A machine-readable reservation against commercial text and data mining has not been adopted. Article 4 of Directive (EU) 2019/790 requires that kind of reservation to be machine-readable. A sentence on this page would not be enough, and it is not stated as a reservation. The exception for text and data mining for scientific research, in Article 3 of the same directive, is not taken away here. The terms likewise grant no licence to train a model.
